It’s nice outside bro. Just go fine something to do. See me personally I gotta clean up and do a job search but, go out find a girl to talk to, or just introduce yourself to someone. The reason a lot of us crave porn and shit like that is lack of attention.

Also, i recommend deleting the apps if they’re making things worse. You’re worth more than swipes and dopamine hits. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being real and showing up for yourself.
