My mind races a lot and sometimes it will usually flood my brain with images. I try not to fight them and let them pass but it’s hard. Not gonna let it hold me down though.

Same here. Don't know if you believe in Jesus but if my mind is flooded with images I just try to imagine Jesus hanging on the cross in front of me. The dirty images immediately go away with this procedure
