Today i was really close to fapping to porn. I woke up from a nap and an impulse just took over and i ended on a porn site for 1 minute. But i decided not to let porn take over and stay strong. This doesnt’t count as a relapse right?
I was 18 days in so its good that i didn’t relapse completely

Count it a relapse. It’s great that you stopped before it got worse but good to count it as a relapse to train yourself that what you did isn’t okay! But great that you didn’t proceed giving the flesh what it wants!
