had a tough 2 days where I relapsed after going strong for 2 days. and now it's crazy how easy it is to binge and I relapsed a further 4 times in 2 days so disappointed how much you can just erase all that progress I'm sick of this cycle. I have to go again by God's grace and do all I can to end this worthless addiction
