Not too difficult today (was gonna say not too hard but… ) although a thought went through my head about deleting my instagram or using the safe search function on this app. But then I thought, should I be able to control myself without having to seclude myself from the internet and everything I see on Instagram everyday? What’s gonna happen when I turn it back on? I want to be able to control my urges, and seeing content that may be provocative or sexual shouldn’t make me immediately need to go and jerk off. It’ll be a battle, but this is mind over matter. I can control myself. We all can.
I deleted it. It’s unnecessary temptation used by the enemy to get man to sin… i would recommend to delete it and do something productive instead! Head up brother! Keep on keeping on
