Sleep problems?

I am on a 8 day streak, and day by day my ability to fall asleep is getting worse. And even when i sleep, it is hard to remain asleep. But ive been having good dreams. Anyone on the same boat? Ive tried taking melatonin and that kinda works.

Exercise, unplugging from screens, I take magnesium as well it seems to be helping not melatonin though that stuff works against me after like 3-4 days

yeah one of the things that helped me is plugging in my phone away from my bed and doing meditations
