Focus on developing new positive habits and keep educating yourself. Its a long game so make sure you are improving all the time and developing your reasons. Dont let your mind play tricks on you and make you feel like you lost everything
I think honestly we shouldn’t count the days but just try to stay clean and be better everyday, I’m just gonna forget about this app and lose the count
Instead of tracking days, try keeping track of urges processed. 4 days is impressive, it means you were able to resist for a decent amount of time. Write down the urges that you’ve had, feelings leading up to them (lonely, sad, bored, whatever) and write down things that helped get through that specific urge or what caused you to relapse. Maybe try setting a goal to write down and process 10 urges instead of keeping “streaks”
