Daily check in #5 Failed again
I’m kind of laughing as I write this because when I made my last daily check in I had things that I needed to work on and I didn’t follow through. So I’m going to work out a plan here. For the first part of my plan I have wrote down a reason why I am quitting porn. I am quitting porn because it has ruined my ability to focus on meaningful tasks that will project me forward in life and has ruined my ability to create and maintain meaningful relationships. Theres a billion other reasons why I am quitting porn but that’s the foundation. The second part of my plan is to create new habits to replace pornography. Meditating, reading and exercising are my main 3 as of now. Additionally I will use this app as well as journaling to regulate my emotions and thoughts. That’s it so far, but if you have any additional advice let me know.
Get an accountability partner. A good one you can trust preferably someone experienced with this.
