10 Days gone

I went 10 days without watching porn or beating off. I had a moment of weakness and threw it all away. Now I just feel regret for that. 10 days for nothing, but I will get better and I will do better. I’ll keep praying and trying to get rid of this disease. Please pray for me brothers, I know I can’t do this alone.
