The other day I was looking at nudes for about 30-45 minutes. Once it got to porn I shut my phone off. Nothing else happened, it’s been on my mind for a little while. Would yall call that a relapse?

The way I see it, as long as you didn’t masturbate or edge, you didn’t relapse. But avoid porn, avoid nudes, avoid anything that will make you want to touch yourself

Yeah, I've been counting it every time I intentionally consume titillating content. Because it is that urge I'm fighting to eliminate. Doesn't matter if the "acting out" is especially egregious. I still went looking for improper stimulation.
