Rewire your mind!

Im going to drop some of my experience here, i dont know who needs to hear this but - here we are. Just by feeding myself with thoughts that “without doing “it” i feel awesome” and so with that im giving my brain an option. Putting the good consequences (when i dont do it) in a bigger light and the bad consequences (when i do it) in a darker corner - whenever i feel like im about to relapse. That way i think of the future, lay down a decision and distract myself with anything possible to not do it and POOF - no urges what so ever! What im trying to say is - you attract what you are. So if you constantly attract your brain with healthy ideas & thoughts that in the long run will benefit you, it automatically starts rewiring your brain in a certain way. Practice it, however it feels comfortable to you. It’s a snowball effect - struggle to get it going, and once it does, it just goes! It is, what you feed it, so feed it with healthy information and the results will follow! Heard about the rewiring on the internet somewhere, learned about it, implemented and boom - 34 days going strong and never felt better! And all of this is coming from a guy, who has been struggling with porn for over 7 years. Turned my life around, 180 degrees with just a bit of knowledge and consistancy! If i did it, so can you! Trust yourself!
