Need to chill

Feel like I'm going through withdrawals and it's causing me to be irritated with small things...I got mad at my wife this morning for leaving the vasaline on the couch from changing our kids diapers yesterday evening...just irrational lately lol and I know it's cuz I won't give my brain what it thinks it wants. It's pleading it's case like "what if you search the name of that girl now...it's been a full week certainly there's some new content to see now! I bet it will be worth 1 relapse then you can start over no problem...you're only 7 days in bro"...I need to chill yall Keep on keeping on guys and gals!
