Is it healthy to starve yourself to lose weight

For the past couple of days I’ve started skipping out on meals just to starve myself in order to lose weight and I’m wondering if it’s healthy or not

Intermediate fasting is good if done correctly. If you are starving yourself, your metabolism gets completely screwed up and you will actually put more weight on once you eat. But when done correctly it’s great for losing weight

Before eating dinner I suggest drinking water so you don’t consume a lot of kcal.

If ur goal is to lose weight, don’t starve yourself. Have a set time range that you’ll eat a meal. 2 healthy and fulfilling meals a day are enough. What i do is wake up at 9, sleep before 12 at night and in between I have 2 meals. One around 12 which is my work lunch, then another before the gym, usually 6. After the gym is just a protein bar and plenty of water.

fasting won’t help you just keep weight off but there are a ton of spiritual benefits

well i believe fasting can help deliver you from things such as a porn addiction but i’m not sure what losing weight has to do with the meaning of this app
