Does it have to be actual porn or does softcore/non nude count?

everyone here is right. what you have to understand is what you're trying to recover from. your brain has pathways now associated with porn use and that stimulation and using visual stimulation full stop will stimulate these pathways. you should be abstaining from ALL stimulants like this and masturbation as a whole for the results you want. no loopholes, your brain doesn't care if the woman is clothed it cares about how you're using it and how your arousal system is being stimulated

Don’t make excuses.

Yes it counts. Stop trying to make a loophole and avoiding the problem.

You can say that looking at clothed woman on social media doesn’t count as porn because they’re still wearing clothes, but that usually still leads to a relapse if your listing over them, so either way it’s a relapse, if it ends up leading to to one. That’s my way of looking at it anyways

Why make exceptions when it's better to have the discipline to simply avoid porn as a whole?
