I relapse once again. I had a career high of 19 days and my flesh had the best of me. I’m happy to make it this far, but I want to stop for good. And I am going to try my absolute best to make it happen especially with Jesus by my side.💪🏾💪🏾#Roadto30Days

It's not wasted. You saw that you can get to 19 days. Get to 20 next time. Do it for the Lord. Know that God has already won this battle, you just have to choose if you want to win it too and for his glory.

Hey man. don't beat yourself up too hard. it's not going to happen on the first try. Just keep pushing eventually you'll get through it
