What are the absolute best things that worked for you? Mindsets? routine changes, health changes? spiritual? tips?

Going to church, reading Bible, increased physical activity (going to gym more, physically walking to school/ work if you can), put phone in a different room while sleeping (buy an alarm clock if you need to), have a close friend as an accountability partner
get appblock on the app store and use it to limit porn and social media too and 70s music lol, it sounds weird but trust to do something you’ve never done you have to do something you’ve never did
What I can tell you works the best is… to surround yourself with people you love, they’ll distract you and work as a motivation. Try to go out on a daily basis, you’re less prone to relapse in public spaces. Also, make it as difficult as you can to access porn or anything that triggers anxiousness, use web blockers, leave your door room open, talk to someone when anxious. I wish you success on this path, you’re not alone
