I would recommend reading the Bible, filling your time with things off electronics (as much as possible), and developing that sickness of being held down by it or letting it control you. Fill your days with positive and encouragement develop self improvement habits you just have too much time on your hands doing non productive things and a lack of need at this moment but it will develop the longer you seek it.
