Flatline Question

I feel like I’m in the flatline of my recovery process. They say it happens around 20 days but I think my addiction was worse so I might be on a slower timeline. I’m wondering how long it tends to take to get out of it and when can I expect to not have anymore flatlines. I don’t feel tempted to go back but I don’t wanna keep pushing for sex with my partner if I can’t deliver.
