i've suffered from PIED most times when i have sex in the past year. so far it's been just over 3 weeks of complete and dedicated PMO abstinence and my libido feels so strong and i have strong urges to have sex. i have a girl coming over tonight as i feel like i could have successful sex due to some of the results ive seen already. in the interest of giving other men who struggle with this hope, ill come back to this post afterwards and share how it went and if id seen an improvement
