Best decision I ever made

I am on day 49. I have come a long way, it has been hard but, it has changed me completely. I want to tell everyone who is doing it to keep going! It always get better. It all starts with a decision. I believe a man should never back off on his word; he should have honor with himself. I am in a mental state I have never been before. Changes I have seen compared to my old self who would commit lust everyday is that I become more joyful, responsible, disciplined, confident, dedicated, more importantly a man. Everyone keep going
