It's day 4 and I'm already feeling more positive. The urges have been strong but I've been stronger to not act on them. I pray for all of my brothers to conquer this addiction for good. Remember if you have a dream, you need to be a disciplined man. Don't let these evil pleasures get in the way. Believe in yourself and strive to excel in life. "Give a man pleasure and he'll forget his goal. Give a man pain and the beast within him will conquer the world." 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
