I found a method for urges that has helped me tremendously during my most extreme urges. -You tap the right side of forehead forcefully for a few seconds -Then do the same to the front of your right eyebrow -Then do the same to your left collar bone -Then grab your wrist hard and say the word “peace” -Also I can’t say this enough, leave your phone in your car when you are home. I bought a charging block and a window shade/ phoozy bag/ cooler for weather purposes. Use the QUITTR APP and calendar for progress reports. Thinking about spamming this app with this info- it’s extremely important
