Social media sucks

You know when your watching funny reels on insta and at the end of the video they show an add where is a girl naked or is dressed then split second shes naked, well that got me yesterday and that was all it took to go searching on reddit and find what i really didnt want to watch but it i was in such a lustful state of mind i just kept watching, so i deleted reddit like ive done time before 🤦🏻 hopefully i can stay strong im new to this app and everyone seems very helpful…
