I need to change something

Hi guys, i had a good day and everything. I was about to go to bed but then i relapsed. Does anyone have any tips? Im thinking of just uninstalling social media and going ghost. What do yall think?

Dude deleting social media was the BEST thing I have done. I only have snap to keep close with my buddies overseas. Sites like insta and TikTok are just pure brain rot and fry your dopamine receptors

Deleting social media isnt a bad thing, I haven’t had social media for almost a year now . It doesn’t make everything better 100% but definitely helps

You got to be realistic. It’s it a bad idea but you may just bound back to where you’re at. Give yourself a small win. Get rid of a trigger you had. Journal. Workout. Do something that will make you feel a sense of accomplishment.
