Download Covenant Eyes on your phone and believe it is the most sacred item on your phone, never to be disabled, never to be deleted! Also leave your phone in another room or away from you at night. Nobody or nothing is more important than regaining self control. It will help you tremendously through conscious and unconscious traps. Invest in yourself, best of luck!
