Exactly 16 hours to go to 1 day streak as of this post. Lately, l've been stuck in a loop of.relapsing every other day. I'd hit a streak or two, then slip. The time spent in pmo aren't as intense as they used to be. Most of the time, they're just one release. After that, I'd immediately stop. No more hours lost in a spiral. which is an improvement. But still, a relapse is a relapse. I just made a pledge today to complete my day without porn, but I am also including any sexy content this time. Not even a peak.
