progress?
im trying not to be too harsh on myself cus i feel like its always so discouraging. But i seem to always relapse everytime i hit a 3 days streak, which its better than when i used to do it everyday. I mean I cant expect myself to get it 100% perfect first try so... at least we're making progress so we take those Ws? Hoping to hit at 7 day streak this time tho n maybe further. Maybe taking one thing at a time is the solution afterall.
