when you're in doubt if you relapsed or not, in 99.9% of the cases it means u have relapsed. if u wouldnt have, u wouldnt be questioning it

Trell, when your first starting out might want to take a break from all social medias for a few weeks. Them triggers will eat you alive and make you relapse. If you didn’t willingly seek out porn it’s not a relapse. But I had to get rid of all my social medias I’m keeping them deleted for a few weeks to stay away from triggersZ
