Cracked the code hopefully I think
I deleted the social media that was triggering it, which was x. There’s some good on there, but just because it triggers bad lustful habits, there’s more bad leading to a decision to delete it.

I don’t delete it, I find strength in looking at lust traps and going through my affirmations and actually believing them and then moving on stronger then I was before. It’s like going to the gym and training a muscle. You have to put that muscle to the test and challenge it and get stronger in the process even though it makes you feel weak sometimes.
Let me tell you it’s good. It absolutely is. Especially X where porn is allowed. But, honestly, don’t count on it lasting forever. You may download it again who knows. That’s not the point though. The point is you will eventually find your way around. Therefore, you have two options. A, have someone constantly monitoring what you do on your phone. Or B, find your motive. Think and write down what your reason is. While you’re at it, create a tree of all the things you can do to limit porn and masturbation. In the end, create an overall word for yourself and plaster it everywhere you get tempted. Hell, make it your home screen I don’t care. You can restrict as much as you want on your phone, but if your brain and habits don’t change, you won’t either.
I HAD to delete x from my phone because my algorithm was straight filth. Instagram for me is a bit more tame but only a bit.
I don’t think that’s good Matt, it’s better to run from it than fight it, ever heard that saying?
