How do you make friends

It’s okay i don’t have many friends either :(. Sometimes it’s also easier to be friends with women than men, that’s the case for me but it is hard and scary.

On top, don't go out looking for friends. People have a lot going on in their lives and they may not be able to offer that to you, especially as an adult. Do things you enjoy, take pride in yourself and do not allow others to determine how you feel. If you don't respect yourself, how can you expect others to? Become proud of yourself and work on becoming a better socializer, and people will end up coming to you. Believe in yourself, I believe in you

Do some inner work and decide who you are. What makes you laugh, what stories can you tell, what do you enjoy doing? Do you have any hobbies you want to get into, any skills you do that others don't do? If it's conversation, look up how to communicate on Youtube. How to small talk, how to carry a conversation, etc. Socializing is as much a skill as anything else, the more you do it, the better you get

That no one is happy to see me. They make plans with other friends in front of me.

I have tried. I can’t help but feel I’m always unwanted.

if you're going from square one, you need to get yourself into some real life social environments first. it's up to you what you decide to do, but keeping yourself isolated won't really get you anywhere
