Being exposed to it at such a young age truly rewires your brain in a harmful way. It affects your relationships with friends and practically everyone in your life. Last year, I was in a relationship for about half a year. I quit for a month and was doing well, but then, out of nowhere, I decided to go back to it. That was the worst decision of my life. I began doing it once a day, seven days a week, while still in a relationship. I was more than self aware enough to know that I was practically cheating. I no longer had loving thoughts—only lustful ones—not just toward the woman I claimed to love the most, but toward any girl I saw on social media or even in real life. Eventually, she found out I had been talking to other girls i would practically only text them to sexualize them get pictures from them and rinse and repeat cycle Around September, I came clean and felt awful. But I still kept doing it, fully aware of the consequences. It’s truly addictive. I wouldn’t say my case is the worst I personally know guys who used to do it up to three times a day and have now long quit. But if you’re ever thinking about doing it, please think about the people you love most. As of now me and this woman are trying for a 2nd time i want to quit and I want to stop these lust filled thoughts
