My mind is feeling so clear and I’m actually noticing my urges and eliminating them. I’m actually feeling like I’m more in control of my thoughts I am making a pledge in front of you all that even if I have a bad day at work some shit happens in my personal life. I will not fall back onto my old ways. Porn does not improve your situation in any way. I will cure my mind and cleanse my soul. I will defeat this sick and perverted addiction. Thank you
