Notification issue

Anyone else have an issue with their notifications for this app? I have community post notifications off and I have only notifications turned on for daily checkups but I’m still getting notifications for everything. Even when I turn them off I still get them. Any advice? I don’t want to delete the app and come back because it’ll restart my progress .
