I’m 8 days in and I’m feeling good. I think what’s made the biggest difference is allowing myself to jerk it but only to my wife. I’ve had moments that I want to go back to porn but she is enough. That’s what I keep reminding myself. My wife is enough. Here’s to getting clean🍻
