I noticed 3 of my triggers for porn are alcohol weed and social media. I haven’t drank in 2-3 weeks and it is becoming easier to not masturbate or watch porn so if you’re struggling I would consider cutting down on your drinks and maybe not smoking as much…I recently went too tbe doctors and got prescribed naltrexone (it’s suppose to suppress cravings for alcohol and you won’t get as drunk if you do drink). So far it has been working I haven’t had any cravings and I haven’t drank. I have watched porn a few times but I haven’t had as many temptations to masturbate
