Any tips for urges

I’ve enjoyed implementing more of my hobbies and routine into times where I would relapse but I’ve noticed they don’t work just on their own. I still feel urges and relapse every so often, usually after stressful days at work. Does anyone know how I should go about this?
Find what triggers you. Take a step back and ask why I want to watch prom right now. For me it’s after I workout. So I immedatly put my phone away and my laptop and go outside on my lawn or try and read a book. I get what you mean there’s those inbetween moments where you start getting the urge. Funny enough I found myself just going straight to this app. Reading people’s stories and progress. That usually helps me anyway. Find ways to manage that stress you feel. Explore around, do research, find something. For me I destress by sitting on my lawn and watering my grass. Reading my book in the sun. Cooking and thinking of different foods I could try. This is a long winded way of saying explore and find ways that manage your stress.
