Just started today after I gave in recently after a break, it’s never really truly worth it. You’re just feeding your flesh at the end of the day and you are so much more stronger than you think you are! You have the power Given from God to control your flesh he will be with you through it all and he’s always that little voice right before you do it that’s tell you no and gives you a way out.
