I watched porn for over 12 years almost nightly. Haven’t watched pornography or beat off in a month. I tried everything over the years, I don’t even want to do it anymore and it’s as simple as I now have a stronger desire to be pure than I do to have a release… and as a result I hate porn now… I despise it… find your reason to desire what’s pure and hate the porn it’s the only way out
