10 Days ✅✅

10 days clean! First time in a long time I’ve made it this far. Have had my fair share of urges and triggers pop up, but have dealt with them all in a healthy way and truly feel for the first time ever that I will never be subject to porn again to numb myself. I think if I can make it to 3 weeks I’ll be on a straight trajectory to 90 days. Not trying to focus too much on the day counter and more on the things I’m doing to improve my life. Working out 2x a day, eating healthy, quit nicotine, reading, meditating, and reaffirming my relationship with God. It’s less so that I’ve got 10 days no fap and more I’ve got 10 days working towards the real me.
