I've been using porn and stress eating to distract myself from my problems ever since I was ten. It's set my development back so far. I've gotten smarter, older, stronger, but not more mature. I don't want to be a child in an adult's body anymore. I don't want to be forty years old and still searching Pornhub for the perfect video on page 107 just to hate myself when I'm finished. I don't want to be that guy anymore. I want to actually grow up instead of just getting older.

Marcus, you’re on a target leading path. Now that you found your root cause and what you don’t want, you might want to reflect and channel your thoughts towards your goal(s). What is it you want? What do you want to achieve? And how do you want to feel once you’ve reached it.

You can do this Marcus, God hears you. Maturing is realizing the problem & doing something about it. You’re already there just keep going & do all what you can to be free. No matter how hard it gets, and if you do relapse, don’t be discouraged. Keep going!! I believe in you brother
