Lock in

I know some people need this advice worded this way, just like I did. Lock the fuck in. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, nobody is going to come and do this for you. Nobody’s going to hold your hand and tell you it’s all going to be okay, this is you vs you and it’s gonna be the hardest battle you have ever fought. Coming from a guy with a 4 day streak probably doesn’t carry a lot of weight, but the words still reign true. Get up, go to the gym, become the man you want to be because at the end of the day you are the only person that can change who you are.
