LITTLE TIPS FOR EVERYONE: What makes you weaker and think about relapse: not doing any sport, staying at home for too long alone, social isolation, playing video games, scrolling for too long, sugar, fast food,… Every instant dopamine makes you feel like I want to jerk off. What makes you feel like I’m not a loser: doing some sports, reading, studying, completing small tasks, cleaning, cooking, working at garden,… Every real dopamine hobby makes you stronger. Extra tip: try some martial art. I personally started boxing from beginning of year 2025. It makes your head stronger, because when you are fighting, it makes your mind go through your limits and then you won’t think about relapsing. It makes the road to porn recovery even easier.
