I take adderall 10mg and am trying to quit. They don’t correlate for me because aderall gives u dopamine which helps be productive and motivated. I get urges to watch porn naturally being a horny guy and the dopamine chase when the aderall wears off 9/10 times i indulge at night. But i think it’s an impulse thing that u must conquer and being productive while on adderall and having self control will inevitably make u more confident, and have more motivation
