I’m on day 5 urges are growing I’ve done all tasks i could think of. Even took a nap but the urges are on and I constantly get b0ners. Any tips?

Refocus the urge into something that will help you long term, picture yourself in 3 months time if you didn’t let into your urges and instead did something productive like working out, studying, going out and meeting people etc
