It's ok to relapse just don't give up

I don’t think “it’s okay to relapse” is a healthy way of thinking. You messed up. AGAIN. And we’ve all been there. If you keep messing up, nothing will change. Change happens when we don’t mess up at all. Avoid that poison with every fiber of your being. It will kill you. Maybe not literally, but if your life is miserable you’re basically dead. You’re going to beat this if you keep working at avoiding it. Good luck brother
