If you want to keep the app, you want to report all the thirst trappish reels that come up. Clicking not interested isn’t enough. I usually just click prostitution/nudity and if u do that enough times they’ll stop coming up. Then click interested on actually good videos, religious etc.

if you really need the app to communicate, you can use the one sec app, that restricts access but you won’t need to delete it

You must get rid of the apps

I hate to say it but definitely consider getting rid of those apps. See if maybe your family can give you their phone numbers?

I’ve done that and it still continues to show up a few days later. Like if insta doesn’t fully delete your activity

I think that there is an option where you can restart your algorithm, that will keep you away from that type of content
