It’s not always a good one, but stay busy with things and try not to be alone as much. Like just hanging with friends and stuff. I’ve also found that completely deleting Snapchat and instagram and stuff has helped an insane amount.

Taking a social media break is huge. I also don’t take my phone with me when I go to the bathroom anymore.
