My good buddy died a few days ago super young and unexpectedly and my ex who I was hoping would come back at some point just told me to move on. I just relapsed and with this type of day it’s hard to remember why I’m even trying to better myself.

Life gets shitty sometimes, but it’s best to utilize the experience in life towards our advantage. With loss, learn and/or continue to love a little more, to yourself and others.
