The midnight cycle

I need the help of the QUITTR community. I seem to find that I tend to relapse when it’s late at night and I’m in bed. I get really horny and can’t fall asleep, so I fap to relieve it. It’s terrible and it’s been holding me back from getting longer streaks. Any advice or help? Thanks everyone!

What helped me at night was keeping my phone in a separate room. I keep it two floors down, I’d recommend you do the same because you can’t go on your phone if it’s not there

Try meditating, for me it relaxes me and helps me fall into a deep sleep. Or reading. Or turning ur phone off an hour before bed. Honestly, sometimes having some honey or red grapes which have natural melatonin in them helps me sleep better. You got this Warrior.
