Yes it’s normal. Getting off porn entirely, keeping sexual acts between only you are your partner (no more masturbation) will significantly help. Because really, what real person could compete to a digital girl with everything edited, everything sexually targeted with no expectation or work for the dopamine? I felt like this too. For me it’s a bit more difficult because we are long distance at the moment.
